Orient Star II

Capt Bill has been a USCG licensed captain for nearly 30 years. He has operated the Orient Star Charter boat out of Orient By the Sea Marina since 1989. The ORIENT STAR ll is a 50' charter boat built to be exceptionally comfortable in all sea conditions. Designed low to the water it provides a stable and roomy platform for up to 38 passengers. We fish for GIANT east end fluke starting in early May. Of course we target blues, bass, porgies and blackfish in season.

We are a family and children friendly boat. We offer services to camps, business groups, churches, boy and girl scout groups, fire and police departments, fishing clubs, family groups, bachelor and bachelorette parties, sunset and lighthouse cruises . We have  done  stargazing trips, ash dispersal at sea. and seal watching in the fall... you name it.

We provide: All rods and reels for those requiring them. All bait and tackle is included.  Your catch is expertly cleaned, iced and bagged. 

You Provide: proper clothing (it is often a bit cooler on the water) Rain gear if called for, sunglasses, sun block, camera,  cooler for your lunch and to carry your catch home. Food and drink.
